Cardinal range of MDUs
The Cardinal range of intelligent mains distribution units provide 12 separate outputs, an SNMP interface, email messaging, current monitoring and a choice of single or dual inputs and optional temperature sensing all in a 1RU unit.
iMDU12-S
Intelligent MDU: 12 outputs, single input, SNMP
A single input MDU with 12 independent outputs. It can be configured to send SNMP traps and email alarms when faults occur, including loss of input mains power and blown fuses. The unit includes an error log to record trends on equipment failure.
iMDU12-S-I
Intelligent MDU: 12 outputs each with current sensing, single input, SNMP
A single input MDU with 12 independent outputs, SNMP interface and email alarms. It is identical to the iMDU12-S except that it also measures the current on each output enabling users to detect failures or meet energy conservation initiatives.
iMDU12-D
Intelligent MDU: 12 outputs, dual input, SNMP
A dual input MDU with 12 independent outputs. If input 1 fails the unit automatically connects input 2 to the 12 outputs. It can be configured to send SNMP traps and email alarms when faults occur, including loss of input mains power and blown fuses. It includes an error log.
