Construction Skills Certification Scheme
dB project managers, engineers and wiring teams are qualified under the Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) which recognises their proficiency in all aspects of on-site safety and logistics. In addition the project managers undertake an extra module which incorporates CDM regulations and general on-site management. dB staff take all aspects of Health and Safety very seriously and are experienced in running sites to CDM regulations.

Fibre Optics City & Guilds 3666
Many of dB’s engineers and wiring technicians are qualified under City & Guilds 3666 to install, joint, terminate and test fibre optic cabling. This industry-recognised course focuses on the components, equipment and working practices that are used in fibre optic installations and the trained staff are able to:
• Understand how and why fibre optic cabling is used and the issues that can effect performance
• Follow recommended installation practices
• Prepare fibre optic cabling for splicing within an ODF
• Fusion splice and manage fibres
• Terminate fibre optic cables by splicing on pre-terminated pigtails
• Test fibre optic links
• Troubleshoot fibre optic cabling
